Cashew — Brandbook & Guidelines

What we do

To make an impact, every element of your brand identity has to be in harmony with one another. A Brandbook is what keeps everything in line.

A coherent throughline in your brand identity makes everything better than the sum of its parts. Your company seems solid with a consistent brand identity, which makes your customers more loyal to you. Consistency is trustworthy.

Brandbook and brand guidelines are what allows the designers to keep everything together. It's an essential document not for the designers alone: it saves a lot of time for your marketing execs thinking on the company's direction, and all the way to your social media managers, keeping your presence on every platform unified.

No matter how varied your style is, and no matter how many marketing channels you employ, everything can still be reigned in together. All if you have a solid brandbook.

It's the foundational document for your brand, that helps not only to establish it but is also essential for further development. The brand guidelines guide your brand. Here at Embacy, we take time to make sure we're charting the right course. With the right brandbook, your brand identity is never going to get lost.

Our process

In Embacy, we have a straightforward approach on how to create your brandbook from first to last.

We do value transparency, that’s why you have full access to the Figma at any time and without any hindrance. Here’s how we streamline all brand elements in one book.

01

Briefing

The first thing we do is research who you are, what your brand promotes, and how you position yourself in the market. Our project manager dives into your brand, its product features and identifies how your brand should be introduced to its audience.

02

Detailing

When we’re sure what your brand is about, we go into details. Our team becomes immersed in your product and comes up with the concept that reflects your essence at its best self. At this phase, everything goes as planned - we just create everything from scratch ranging from basics like logo, color palette, or fonts, to the entire style direction.

03

Pulling it together

When everything’s settled, it’s time for our designers to put all the pieces together into a book. We write it thoroughly as we break down the basics in more detail and describe the components of the brand identity: logo, color palette, fonts, photo style, graphical methods, and rules. It all ends up like a guideline with the streamlined basic rules of the style inside.

04

Applying your brand

In Embacy, we don’t just create a good brand identity but care how you may use it afterward. So, we provide you with examples of your branding on both offline and online materials. At this phase, you have everything necessary to express your brand right on any platform you want.
